Panama Golden Visa Real Estate: Properties from $300,000

Panama’s Qualified Investor Visa allows international investors to obtain permanent residency through a qualifying investment, including real estate.

To qualify through real estate, an investor must generally purchase eligible property worth at least US$300,000 using funds transferred from abroad.

The current minimum real-estate investment is US$300,000, although not every property purchase will automatically qualify. The property value, payment structure, source of funds and ownership arrangements must all meet the programme’s requirements.

Buyers should obtain legal confirmation that the property and ownership structure satisfy the programme requirements before signing contracts or transferring funds.

Here are three Panama properties currently available to qualifying investors.

Balboa Pearl offers professionally managed investment packages consisting of two interconnected furnished studios, with prices starting from US$343,000.

Its central Panama City location and turnkey management structure may suit investors seeking rental income without handling bookings and day-to-day property operations themselves.

Pacific Shores is a beachfront development offering two- and three-bedroom residences from US$371,000, alongside resort-style facilities and direct access to the coast.
